Despite Abs, you will strengthen, your back and shoulders. The position of this exercise is similar to a push-up for the maximum possible time.

The good thing about this exercise is that you will not need some extra requirements, just enough space in your room to do the exercise.

If you are a beginner 20 seconds holding that position is enough, as time moves on, you will be able to do this for 30 or more seconds. Just imagine doing this exercise for 5 minutes every single day, 30 seconds holding that position, 30 seconds rest. You will improve your body shape.
