Healthy Avocado Smoothie That is Great for Reducing Inflammation
This smoothie is made with ingredients such as avocado, strawberries, fat-free yogurt, peach, juice of pomegranate, and grape seed oil. The emphasis in this smoothie is put on Avocado. Vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin K, and vitamin E are contained in Avocados which can offer certain antioxidant properties that are great for reducing inflammation as well as are good for your skin. Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chopped avocado
- 1 peach
- ¾ fat-free yogurt
- 1/3 cup strawberries (frozen strawberries are recommended)
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grape seed oil
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 20 seconds or until you get the desired consistency. Pour in glass and drink right away. Enjoy!
