High-Protein Diet Plan

If you decide on this diet, you must eat all the listed foods, because they create a chemical combination that burns all excess fat. You should not eat anything except the food that is prescribed. Choose meat, fish, poultry, fruits, and vegetables from the list of low-calorie foods. Do not cook food with fat or oil of any kind. instead of sugar, use only saccharin. On the third day, you may add special supplements from the low-calorie group, but not more than the specified amount.

If you follow this plan, you can expect to lose an average of half a kilogram daily. The diet plan includes all seven basic types of food that provide a balanced diet. This diet is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, diseased kidneys, or those suffering from atherosclerosis. In any case, it is necessary to consult a doctor before applying this diet.

Breakfast

Fruits from the lemon family – one orange or half a grapefruit. It is better to eat it whole than to squeeze the juice because the quantity deceives hunger. One to two eggs scrambled or fried without fat. A piece of bread (50 grams) made from black flour with 10 grams of butter. Coffee or skimmed milk (half a cup).

Lunch

Meat, fish, or poultry, where all the fat should be removed, and grilled or boiled. Cooked vegetables or salad, without fat or spices. Fresh fruit or in the form of compote with a spoonful of honey. A cup of skim milk and, at the end, coffee or tea.

Dinner

Meat, fish, or poultry, as for lunch but in smaller portions. Vegetables, fruit with a teaspoon of honey if you want, a glass of skim milk, and coffee or tea without sugar. For dinner, instead of fish, meat, or poultry, young cow’s cheese can be used.
