Changing Your Eating Habits in Just Six Weeks

Eating habits are part of our daily life. The way we buy, cook, serve meals, talk over coffee – all this is an integral part of our everyday life. Suddenly changing all these habits is very difficult. It is much easier if changing harmful habits is approached gradually. A lot can be done in six weeks.

First week. This should be your first step towards a regular diet of fresh fruit. In the first week, eat one of these types of fruit every day: apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, pears, or what can be found on the market right now. Change from day to day to achieve variety.

Second week. Eat a slice of black bread every day, and continue to eat fresh fruit as you are already used to.

Third week. Drink two glasses of skimmed milk every day – as a meal, between meals, before you start to rest – but make sure that it is the daily amount. Continue to implement the habits from the first and second weeks.

Fourth week. Eat raw vegetables every day, unseasoned or as a salad. Carrots or celery root can be snacked between meals or instead of salad with lunch and dinner. Lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage – these are all good raw salads. Once you get used to it, you will be surprised how delicious raw vegetables are.

Fifth week. after lunch, eat a teaspoon of raw honey or some fruit, raw or in the form of compote, roasted fruit with honey, or fruit jello. Let it replace sweets for you – pies, cookies, and dough.

Sixth week. Avoid all fried food. eat hard-boiled eggs, grilled meat, baked in the oven or boiled. Remove the pan from the kitchen that week. Before you and your family realized it, you had already completely changed your eating style, and it only took you six weeks to do that. if you persevere in this, you will feel and look much better.
