Amazing Banana Walnut Smoothie Recipe
There is nothing better than this classic combo with walnut and banana It sounds delicious but also tastes delicious as well. Each serving contains a significant source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, B vitamins, potassium, and calcium.
> Ingredients:
- One large banana
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Two tablespoons honey
- One-half teaspoon cinnamon
- One teaspoon of toasted wheat germ
> Preparation:
Remove the peel, slice the banana, and then freeze for a minimum of 1 hour. Now in a blender put the following Ingredients milk, honey, walnuts, and cinnamon, and blend these ingredients until the walnuts get broken into tiny pieces. After that add the banana (sliced and frozen previously) and again blend until the mixture becomes smooth. The drink is now ready to pour into a glass and on top add the toasted wheat germ. Enjoy this smoothie with a straw or maybe a spoon.
